You probably have to be an electrical engineer with training in numerical analysis to derive much benefit from these papers.
The monographs are somewhat dated (they were originally written circa 1990)—but since the underlying problems are physical and longstanding—we suspect they are still quite useful for pedantic purposes, if nothing else.
