These articles document routine procedures for maintaining a small group of Fedora Linux workstations and servers (circa, FC3). They were posted here to simplify reference at a time when they were used frequently.
Note: These documents are getting a little stale. They were last revised substantively in 2005 and describe a system and network configuration that has long been relegated to the scrap heap of history. However, disk space is cheap and the general principles, configurations, and procedures are still valid. Just ignore details like software version numbers, etc.
The built-in print facilities of your browser will provide adequate “quick and dirty” printed output of these documents. Typeset copies of these documents are available in the Articles folder of this site’s public downloads.
